My name is Joseph, I have been a Strength Coach for 5+ years now. Currently based in Lewisham, London. I am a strong believer that it is never too late to start your fitness journey, whether you’re dealing with pain, stiffness, old injuries or simply feel you’ve lost some of what you used to be able to do. My service helps people like you build back their physical confidence without treating age as a limitation. Age changes where we start, it doesn’t change where we can go.
