What Is A Padwork Session?
A Padwork session with Fitz Empire is a 1-to-1 session which will solely be focused on Boxing specific padwork. Using various different drills, training techniques & exercises, your speed, power, agility, strength & endurance will all be put to the test. Correct boxing training not only targets all areas of the body, but all aspects of fitness as well, such as cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, muscular strength, stamina, coordination and power.

A Boxing/Padwork session is a 1-to-1 session lasting 30 minutes. The client will be taught the fundamentals of boxing, including the correct boxing stance, how to throw punches & also develop your skills.
