What Is Hybrid coaching?
Hybrid coaching combines all the benefits that you receive from both Online/Remote & in person coaching.
As a Hybrid coaching client you will receive access to your bespoke program via an app which can be downloaded onto your phone (this includes your exercise program, nutritional guidance, progress pictures, measurement tracking & more…).
However you also receive a specific number of in person, 1-to-1 sessions with your coach per month. Meaning you receive the benefits of having your coach with you in real-time whilst also remaining flexible.
Why Would I Choose Hybrid coaching?
Hybrid coaching is simply a combination of Online/Remote & 1-to-1 coaching, which makes it “the best of both worlds”. You have the flexibility of of an Online client but also receive the guidance in real-time of a 1-to-1 client.
There is also nothing stopping you from booking in additional sessions throughout the month as a Hybrid client.
