What is Boxing Bootcamp?
Boxing Bootcamp is a group personal training session which includes some contact. You will be taught the fundamentals of boxing & will make use of various pieces of equipment including gloves & pads (provided by the instructor). Boxing Bootcamp will challenge your cardiovascular fitness through various exercises developing your speed, power, endurance & strength.

Boxing Bootcamp is a great way to have a lot of fun whilst you workout. You will develop strength, co-ordination, cardiovascular fitness & even self confidence.
It is also an excellent stress release as you will be punching things… A lot!

Boxing Bootcamp is a group personal training session which includes some contact through the use of pads/mitts. You will be taught the fundamentals of boxing including how to punch with correct technique.

Boxing Bootcamp sessions will be charged per session. You will never have to fork out a lump sum to secure your spot in one of the sessions.

Boxing Bootcamp is great for improving your cardiovascular fitness along with your strength, speed & power. All of which can help to reduce your risk of high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, stroke & much more.

Boxing Bootcamp is a full body workout, challenging both your upper body & lower body at the same time. This challenges your metabolism to work at a faster rate. As it also challenges your cardiovascular fitness, both of these aspects are key components of weight loss.

Boxing Bootcamp is suitable for all fitness & experience levels. You can expect to learn some basic skills for boxing & self defense whilst also having your fitness levels challenged in a fun & highly energetic environment.

You will be working the entire body during each session. Especially the core, shoulders & legs. Boxing workouts are a great way to tone up the legs, shoulders, core, arms, back & glutes.

I would recommend to wear something that is breathable, comfortable & not restrictive. We will be performing some movements explosively & so you want to avoid any restrictive clothing. I would also suggest bringing a small towel & bottle of water.

Boxing Bootcamp is predominantly a cardiovascular workout which focuses on training techniques used within boxing. You can expect skipping/jump rope, boxing focused drills (including pad work & footwork), core training & more.

Any boxing workout is not knee friendly. You will be pivoting, changing direction quickly & shifting your weight from one foot to the other. Please seek advice from a medical professional before booking.

This is not only a class, this is a group personal training session. In order to ensure every person that attends receives the attention & guidance needed from the coach, only six people can book a Boxing Bootcamp session at one time.

Yes, there will be a fee per person to book a Boxing Bootcamp session.
