What is Online coaching?
Online coaching is where you (the client) work with a certified coach remotely towards reaching your goals. This is done through direct communication with your coach for on-going support with all things related to your goals and needs. The use of an app gives you access to your bespoke exercise program on the go.
It is best practice to keep your coach informed as to when you may be travelling or have limited access to equipment. This will allow your coach to adjust your prescribed exercise program based on these variables.
How does it work?
You will begin by taking part in a consultation with your coach, where information such as training history, goals & much more will be gathered.
Next up, your coach will create your personalized training & nutrition program based on the information gathered during the consultation.
Once your program is complete, the fun begins! You will start working through your prescribed program whilst maintaining clear communication with your coach along the way to ensure you are satisfied with your workouts & progress.
Lastly, regular check ins will be completed with your coach, this is to ensure that you are happy with your workouts & progress. This is where some tweaks may be added to your program to ensure progress continues.

Your coach will write up a personalized training program (usually lasting somewhere between 1-3 months long) which includes exercises, sets, reps & instructional videos on how to perform each move in your program.
The coach will then check in with you on your progress (virtually) throughout each month & answer any questions or concerns that you may have.

However, many people find that Online coaching is an effective & affordable way to reach their fitness goals.

Genuinely speaking, 1-to-1 coaching tends to be more expensive as the coach has to take into account all of the time involved with a 1-to-1 client (e.g. travel, session duration, training program design etc..).
Where as with Online coaching, the coach & the client have much more freedom with their time, resulting in the price being lower than 1-to-1.
